Jeepers Creepers.

Don't attack me but I really don't see the aesthetic in creepers.
They look cool on the japanese goth's in Harajuku street.
Thats about it.
Oh, and why are people offended when you say Jap's?
Should Australian's get offended when people call us Aussie's?
Should I get offended if someone calls me Asian?
I am Australian and I am asian.
People have to get over or ignore this whole racial namecalling thing.
It's so highschool.
I brought this up because of the whole Jak and Jil thing about him writing 'japs' in his post.
And I totally love what Tallulah is wearing here.

Its the same things with 'brits' I've never been offended by being called a Brit because I am one! I don't get why someone would be offended by being called a name like that - its the name of your country, is anything you, you should be proud!

i agree with what the emily person said.
jap has a negative connatation,
whereas asian, brit, aussie doesn't.
obviusly it's the same with nigger.
people use it as an insult therefore using it in normal day would just not be acceptable.

jap has some negative connotation with WWII or something apparently. i sound so incredible uneducated but i think that's it.

i kinda love creepers cause they're flat. i wish i could wear 5 inch heels everyday but i can't, so creepers and jazz shoes and etc are a nice alternative. i just like them, and i'm positive other people don't. it's just one of those things.

& i am in love with tallulah in that picture.

thank you someone who feels the same about creepers...personally i think they are very ugly shoes that could only be pulled off by say nana...i think the whole name this odd, but i guess the offense my be due to Japans past with western countries and the name maybe being used in an offensive manner

i love your blog!

but yea, 'jap' has a negative connotation in relation to the ww2 when america had japanese internment camps, relocating and isolating all of the japanese-americans, due to the whole pearl harbor attack and whatever followed that

but imo, it's not offensive as long as it is taken offensively or meant to be offensive. so EFF IT, you can't please everyone
