School takes over your life in grade 12, but its nice.
I think my brain has switched on because I am remembering 90% of what I've learnt in all my classes.
Haha, wait till I get to the end when it becomes full-on.

For my multimedia project, I am going to draw a sequence of pictures to form a short clip, create a website and take fashion-y photographs of some friends.
I dont think I can show you what Ive made though, only 'behind the scenes' stuff.
So yeah, exciting stuff there.
Im also interested in buying a new camera and lenses, but I can barely afford the lenses right now so thats not happening any time soon.
Here's some pictures with my beloved current Olympus e-420 with its standard lense.
Its not a bad camera, I just want to move my skills up a notch :)

Oh, my mum bought me the limited edition, Vogue collaboration with Oroton clutch yesterday.
I told her that morning before school that I liked an Oroton jewelled clutch I saw on the weekend, during a discussion about Vogue.
I saw it on my bed that afternoon.
It's great and all but I wish she'd consider buying lenses instead.
Thats 'not important' >_<

We've been buying 24 crispy kreme's at least 3 times a week since they moved on the drive back home.

Back to school

This is the reaction I immediately think of when I think of back to school.

And here's a little something some of my friends did on their myspace.
You were supposed to tag yourself but someone beat me to it x.x

I bought a mac earlier this year and dropped it over a month ago.
It was the shortest drop I have ever known to dent a computer screen too, I'm not that high from the ground.
I won't go into more detail about the height specifications but I will rave on the frikkin $1,300 bill I would receive upon fixing the damn thing.

I bought a Sony Vaio to replace it.
It's on the large size for school but I loved the texture.
My mum kind of pushed me into buying a laptop that day and I felt bad enough for dropping my baby phase macbook so I got one of the cheaper ones, hence the large size.
She wanted me to get the Vaio pocket, which was a ridiculous $2k for a (almost) pda-sized laptop.
I think she forgets I actually study a multimedia course.
She doesn't really know what I've chosen to do at school actually.

Since I've gotten my laptop, I've been desperately looking for a gorgeous case.
I found a leather one from Mimco but am not sure if its worth it.
I am trying to be more money conscience >_<

I really wish I had listened to Larissa when she told me it doesn't matter what the case looked like, but she never showed me the site to back up her argument so I had no proof as to why I should chose a normal lidded one.
By the site, I mean Gela skins.
It has some amazing artwork for all sorts of platforms and devices but quite the overpriced with our crappy Aussie exchange rate.
Some artwork by one of my favourites is Audrey Kawasaki.
New favourites now include Jeremiah Ketner, Camilla d'Errico and KuKula.

And last but not least, a hot outfit to go with the gadgets.

Lots of the stuff I write gets criticized, lol.
I don't take myself seriously.
I don't take this blog seriously.
Like come on, I have to stop myself at times for overusing smiley's and writing too colloquially.
This is just something I do because I think the fashion-blogging community is generally a nice place to be with nice people.
I'll probably move to mporpg or forum's after this :P

So yeah, I just dot down whatever I'm thinking at usually insane hours.
Of course not everyone will agree and answers are given in the comments - especially for the last post.

And why is there no promised video?
Because I had made one, put it on my usb and my usb magically disappears.
Woo hoo.
I've been emo since I've lost it ;__;

Anyway, here's my back to school essentials for my last year.
I have more but they're scattered throughout my room.

Faber Castell Highlighters
Smiggle scissors
Kikki. K pencil case, pencil refills, pencil/pen thing, Notepad(big) and Diary(little).
Assorted pens and post-it's.
Bobbi Brown makeup bag used as Ipod Touch and phone case.
Karen Walker sunnies.
Lipbalm.

Time for a change

Hey guys!
I have two major assignments due next week and I havn't started so there will definitely less blogging time.
Not that I do much anyway x.x

Here's some shots of a day out Liz and I had.

I know these people don't read or know about my blog, so Im going to write something that just annoyed me last night.
Don't read if you don't like highschool teen drama.

Ok, Liz and I aren't picky, its just that there is a lack of 'cool' people in our school to hang out with.
By cool, i mean takes fashion and/or anime/games as a hobby.
Everyone follows the freakkin crowd.
Its got about 1400 kids, and NOONE really knows anything about the two.

We've been sitting with guys who enjoy games, but not on the same platform's and level as we do, and we've just found out some (*cough* most) of the boys don't even like us, even though they act like our best friend to our faces.
Well, they don't like me anyway.
I think mainly because I'm asian and how 'posh' I act.
Ehm, sorry if I like sitting on a clean seat or ground and like my work to be pretty and well presented - thats just me.

But the point is, we've been sitting with these bogans for months!
Argh!
I don't care about their opinions, I just feel like I've wasted my multimedia knowledge on them.
I've been such a good friend by helping them with their really crap (its grade 7 material people, seriously) assignments, and they don't appreciate it.
I wish I hadn't stuck up for them when my teacher was going to rag on about how shit their work is T_T
Oh, and they're asses to their own friends, like some of them go too far with deceased and racist jokes.
It made me cry to know they were picking on a friend because his mum had passed away.
And these were people I trusted and thought were decent.

We're not even remotely part of the good looking crowd, we have the geeks and 'funny' people.
The two that lead the herd are obsessed with the pretty popular girls.
They speak to them 3 times a week and think they have a chance...

I used to be pretty good friends with most of the popular girls, but then I opened my eyes and realised they were really crap friends who just cared about getting the boys attention and fitting in with the rest of the crowd.
I couldn't beleive this, relatively unattractive group, were just as bad.

We both know this is part of highschool, but I beleive you shouldn't havfe to put up with it.
We don't give a crap if we look like loners - its alot better than being with these people.
I can't wait until I leave these people and get into uni.

Exhibit A.

May do a full post on my room but here is one little corner.
My walk-in is on the left and bed on the right.
This rack is now exclusively for the peices I'm wearing right now. ;D

I have another pair of normal rats somewhere...

My favourite magazines.
I keep these on top of my magazine cabinet.

What's in your bag?

I've always loved the whole 'what's in your bag?' idea.
I love knowing what crap women lug around all day.

o.m.g

I just looked at my last post, then my header and WOW'ed as noticed I looked like a drugged out homeless person!

Will change soon to a more suitable picture.
Don't want to scare anyone.

Its the vibe

I watched 'The castle' the other day at school.
Only Aussie's will most likely know of it.
Funny stuff.

Sorry my posts have been blegh.
I've been feeling really uninterested in everything.
I'm extremely lazy, and don't feel like doing anything but play games, browse blogs and walk around shops.
Hopefully its a phase teens go through.

Split ends

Any suggestions on how to tackle it?

Smartass

Don't you just hate it when you know you've retalliated with a comeback that pins your parents to a corner where there is nothing else they can say, other than "Don't be a smart-ass"?
My parents are giving me greif right now.
And the 'I've been in this world/I've seen more than you have' comment doesn't phase me.
Age and experience don't necessarily come with intelligence.

Parents need to take a chill pill and understand we do live in a different world to theirs at our age.

Random picture i found in my pictures folder.

Gyaru love

Some of you guys were wondering what my inspiration for hair is, it's by the gyaru style founded by Japanese girls.
I havn't perfected the Gyaru hair but I'm still learning!
I'm going to buy a hair curler to see if that makes curling better, since all the tutorials use hair curlers.

I also really really love their style! It's so fun and colourful and so not what I wear and buy.
I can't really buy that type of clothing here anyway, Australia is more on trends that were around in America a few seasons ago.
