Supanova 2011 Sydney

If I had to give up fashion or anime/gaming, I would probably shoot myself to prevent a life of torment.
As you all know I'm an avid anime/manga/gaming geek.
I flew back down to Sydney and joined the nerd herd for Supanova.
It is definite that I will be going back to cosplay next year with a group.
It was super cold and I really didn't feel like nerds calling me a fashion victim so I went super plain but surprisingly got alot of compliments by both females and males.

And I met the man of my dreams, the voice of Yugi and Yami, Dan Green.
Okay so I have three days off next week from work.
Hooray!
Imma do some vids so if there are some particular ones you guys want me to do, please say so.
There's no escuse for me not to do them either, my friends havn't asked me out, my room is clean and school hasn't started.

Here are some more oldies to share with you guys.
All photos are taken by me and as always, I would love for you guys to share, please link back so others may know where you got them from! <3

Rollover a few of the images :3

Photoshoots

It's so funny how just five years ago we were two kids walking up the hill known as 'Kingscliff's whine.'
Long story short, Kingscliff high was my school and everyone hated this hill because it was so steep to walk with all our books.
As I was saying, my friend and I haven't really grown up more than those days.
Except the fact that we now have automobiles to get up that damn motherf*dger.
She's an aspiring model deemed as 'plus size' when in reality, she is still very much skinnier than the average person.
And I mean she isn't even close to a size 4 American.
This is just a shoot we did for fun at her house in Sydney one day.
Photos, hair and makeup by me.

Rosemount part one

My internet has been shitty with me for a few months and occasionally drops out.
Less posting and less fun for me.

This is part one of my day at Sydney
I believe I socialised more than I have in 18 years in just that one day.

Dion Lee

Jay and his amazing feathers from Sportsgirl.
He bought two to make it thicker.
Easy yet so smart!

Joy from Willow

A gorgeous girl and Ruby Rose.

YUM.
My dream clutch.

The girl in the striped Jacket has some fab shoes ;D

Once again, I'm back and over school.
Failed a a few tests and didnt do my multimedia major.
I also gained 4 kg. I was once a 44, now a 48.
ARGH.

On the bright side;
The trials are over.
I'm alive.
I've updated the blog.
I'm going to Sydney this weekend for a funeral but hey, ITS SYDNEY.
Going to a show or two so keep your eyes peeled for pictures of stylish people I see and of course, the fashion! :3
If you see me, we should totes take a picture together ;D

My mum usually puts more effort than this when going grocery shopping as in, she wears a nice top and jeans, but she decided to go school pick-up mum. Actually, she decided to just leave the house in her house-mum cleaning clothes, which is fine.
I don't 'dress up' but I suppose this looks dressed up to most people.
In all honesty this is casual to me.
I always feel under dressed when i'm in plain jeans/skirt and a t-shirt unless I'm wearing alot of accessories.
When people ask, which often quite a few do, I tell them these are the clothes I bought and am going to wear because I like them and bought them.
They are no different to what you're wearing; shorts (or jeans, skirt), t-shirt, handbag and jewelry; the staples most women wear.
What woman do you see walk by without jewelry and a handbag?
I've watched and tried to spot one before. It's like Where's Wally? but no Wally.
Albeit the glasses function only to camouflage under eye bags in this particular case, I understand why people would question those.
I suppose I could bring up the argument from another point of view though, a dress isn't just 'a dress' as they may serve different purposes.
I still hardly find my outfit dressed up.

The painting is actually a sticker from gelaskins.
It looks reeeally good on my white mac.
I can't stop admiring it during class.

I found these babies in Temt.
Tempt has a few nice things but the quality and price ($60 for a blouse) really turns me off.
Finding these was a really big shock.
Only $30 too :3

Mimco

I looove this girls hair!
I am definitely going to bleach my hair orange again but after the formal.
My mum got me to chose a few dresses and she would go out and buy one.
Fingers crossed it fits well.
It is pink and I find pink and my orange hair and dark skin didnt go so well together so I'll have to wait until after the formal.

Sleeping

Sleeping in until 11 on holidays and weekend is not good.
But i guess it's ok if I'm up until 2.

A post from my new, now old blog.

Some pretty pictures I took.
In an hour before meeting up with my gorgeous friend Billie I cut out the pieces, sewed the chest and back areas and pinned the rest >x
She looks good in everything XD
It was just made for editorial purpose; for my multimedia project.
And yes, her hair is naturally that long.
